1966 Land Rover Defender Description

Theseries IIAis considered by many the most hardy series model constructed. It is quite possibly also the type of classic Land Rover that features strongly in the general public's perception of the Land Rover. This particular vehicle underwent an engine rebuild in 2016 as well as new brakes, brake lines. The Diesel engine runs like a top. Though its not a fast car it is a joy to drive.
The seats are brand new. They are not leather but look and feel just like the real thing and are much better in weather.
I also have the "pick up cab" top for the vehicle which is included. It does has some dents, but I have all the parts so you can close in the cab of the car if desired.
4wd works in all 4 gears. The tires are older, tread is good on all of them but if you plan to do longer trips it may be worth replacing them. The only thing not working is the fuelgauge
The car is ready for joy riding and good times
