1977 Lincoln Town Car Continental Description

This 1977 Lincoln Continental Town Car Coupe is in amazing condition both inside and out as you can see from the photos. It runs and drives excellent and needs nothing to be driven as-is. Recent work done is a new water pump, new spark plugs and fluids topped off or replaced. It has 74,900 original miles and was well taken care of which is why it's still in excellent original condition. Itis a very highly optioned car with options includingthe 460 engine, leather interior, heated mirrors, auto dimming headlights, reardefroster, ect. The car is nearly rust free, it does have some surface rust underneath, the worst being below and right behind the doors. There are also some tiny rust bubbles on one spot by the bottom of the vinyl top that are by no means very bad. Do not bid unless you have the funds to purchase this car in hand. Buyers with low or negative feedback must contact me before bidding.

Thepower windows, power vent windows, power breaks and power steering, power seats, headlights that come on at dust and auto dimming high beams, all lights and turn signals, gauges and speedometerand vacuum poweredclimate control and most other features all work as they should.

Things the car needs:

Heater core drips so I bypassed it for the summer. Needsto befixed or replaced but it did work.

A/C system needs more Freon since it does not blow cold.

Gas gage is not hooked up.

Radio does not come on.

Passenger side electric door lock stopped working however both passenger and driver side switches both still work and control driver side power lock.

One of the seat belt loops attached to the seat is broken off but I have it so it can be reattached.

Those are the only major issues with the car I can think off. Being as this car is 41 years old it does have some imperfections as you'd expect with years of driving so I would recommend you either come see the car in person and ask me any questions at all you have about the car before bidding so you know exactly what to expect and are happy with your purchase. This car is sold as-is where is with no warranty of any kind, and as soon as it's picked up by the buyer I'm not responsible for anything that happens to it once it leaves my possession. There is no rush to pick the car up but shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
