1970 Lincoln Continental Mark III - Originally from Hawthorne, CA, this Mark III is a one of the nicest looking Lincolns ever produced. The body in its original Bronze Stardust finish, is a perfect candidate for restoration. Now I may be going out on a limb here but if the hood were stripped and repainted and one small dent in the left front fender resolved, this painted finish could be saved. We probably should have washed the dirt/green mold off the car (especially around the rear wheel house) but appears to be little to no rust on this body. The vinyl roof and headliner are bad and the white leather is filthy but this car could certainly make a come back without investing major money. It has all the power options that you'd expect in a car of this type, even has a cellular telephone mounted on the floor beneath the dash. Aside from the surface rust on the front bumper, the trim and other chrome are surprisingly very nice. The car has been sitting for 10+ years so its not running but did when parked there originally. Owner has a clear California title.
