Only 7,727 actual miles! 1 owner pampered this car since new. Completely original, pristine condition. I just purchased it from the widow of the owner. She said it was their "going out on special occasions car". But if there was a cloud in the sky, it didn't leave the garage. It was parked in the 3rd stall with a fitted cover and even towels over the floormats. Original manuals, sales literature, window sticker and receipt are included. The car cost... new $37,238 29 years ago. EXTERIOR: Still looks virtually new. The body has zero rust, no damage. The 100% original Titanium paint is virtually flawless. I say virtually just in case I missed something but really it looks brand new. The glass, chrome, emblems, lenses, rubber trim, door jambs are mint. Has original Michelin tires and aluminum wheels with wire spokes. Sharp looking tri color Bill Blass pin stripe tape. Has intermittent wipers, heated mirrors and auto headlamp controls. INTERIOR: I don't know how it's possible but when you open the door you get a wif of new car smell! It is pristine inside. Never smoked in, the ashtrays are shiny. The leather upholstery is glove soft, has Bill Blass logo embroidered on the seats. Fully loaded with power accessories. No cracks, scuffs or any damage. Actually it is not even dusty. The nooks and crannies are clean. Has plush carpeting. There were towels over the floormats. Other features include bucket seats with a console and leather floor shifter. Seats are both power with power recliners. Overhead is a power glass sunroof with sun shade. State of the art at the time was the digital gauges, on board trip computer and message center. Has auto dim mirror. The tilt, leather wrapped steering wheel has fingertip cruise controls. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Has the 5.0 V-8 H.O. motor, fuel injected. Same motor used in the Mustang is 100% stock, unaltered. Even the battery is a Ford Motorcraft. Excellent condition. It was rust proofed, that is the yellow coating you see. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Like brand new. It is completely lined including spare tire cover and bottom of trunk lid. There are still factory markings in the jamb. Spare and jack have never been out of the car. It has a power trunk release and a power closer. UNDERSIDE: Looks like it did when it rolled off the assembly line. Still has the factory markings and stickers. Has original stainless, true dual exhaust with Ford on the mufflers. The smooth ride is thanks to the air ride suspension. Has disc brakes at all four wheels. Rack & pinion steering, optional posi rear. Other then insignificant surface haze of rust on some chassis components, it is like new underneath. I drove this car to Volo when I bought it. It felt like a new car. We inspected the car, topped off the freon for cold a/c. Everything seems to be working except the radio, it crackled.
