This is a beautiful 1969 Lincoln Continental Mark lll . This is a great opportunity to own this Wimbledon White with Black vinyl top, and black leather interior, under 58K original low-mileage, unrestored, extremely well-maintained collector automobile. This Mark lll is in amazing condition, and drives beautifully. She is gorgeous!
We acquired this beautiful car from the estate of our dear friend in 2006. He was a famous evangelist, and had owned the car since 1980. We first became acquainted with the car in 2000. We have receipts of all repairs from 1980 through 2019. She had mileage noted at 38,225 when our friend purchased the car on July 2, 1980, and has traveled less than 20K miles in the last 39 years!
Also Includedare the service records, original Build Sheet, books, and manuals.

The interior is in excellent condition, as you can see from the pictures. The interior features all of the power luxuries standard on the Mark lll model, including power windows, door locks, Flow-Thru ventilation, tilt steering wheel, center armrests in front and rear, very cold air conditioning, rear lamp monitors, and deep, luxurious carpeting, with gorgeousOEM floormats. The drivers and passenger seats both feature six-way power, with the passenger seat including the reclining feature. We did, however, replace the driver’s black leather seat cover this last year due to some worn areas along the seams. There is also a rear window de-fogger, and tilt-wheel. The Cartier clock and the speed (cruise) control are currently not working.
The exterior is also in excellent condition. The paint is very glossy, as you can see in the pictures. The car had an excellent repaint completed some time ago (20+ years). All of the brightwork chrome is in great condition. There are very few minor blemishes and chips on the exterior that are difficult to see in person, let along pictures. The original black vinyl top is also in great condition. There is an area where the rear window and vinyl top meet the rear deck with minor blemish under the vinyl top, as shown in the pictures.Otherwise, the exterior is in fantastic condition.
The car also features the retro or futuristic-looking Automatic Headlamp Dimmer, mounted on the front hood of the car, which works perfectly.
The tires were replaced October 5, 2012 with Cooper Trendsetter SE whitewalls, and have traveled less than 1000 miles. Treadwear is minimal, and the ride is silky smooth and responsive.
The stereo is the original AM/FM with great sound. The power-operated antenna and all speakers work perfectly, too.
We take pride in the condition and maintenance of our collector cars. We have always performed maintenance items to keep our cars in top running order. This 1969 has benefited from that, too. ***We replaced her carburetor with a new Edelbrock carburetor . We will also include the original carburetor with the sale. Since our ownership we have also replaced the master cylinder, brake booster, fuel pump, various hoses and cables, fuel filters, heater valve, ignition, and many other components. All service receipts are included.
