1939 Lincoln Zephyr Hot Rod Custom or Rat Rod
1939 Lincoln MKZ/Zephyr Description
1939 Lincoln Zephyr Sedan. Vin# H69056. Very Solid body. Many parts come with the car. All the parts that you see in the pictures come with the car. (Except for the Limousine parts – see below for explanation) The floor is very solid with a some small rust holes. The undercarriage is solid. The car comes with the four original sedan doors plus I am including TWO full size doors that were removed from a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr Convertible. By having these two full size doors alone would reduce the number of hours in trying to customize two full size doors from the sedan doors. The car does not have an engine or transmission and the car needs a total restoration. All the parts are inside of the car. The dash is complete and includes the rare center waterfall console. There is a front seat frame and base which came out of a Limousine. This car would make an excellent Chopped Lincoln Zephyr Custom Fast Back, Three Window Coupe, Hot Rod or Convertible as illustrated in the pictures attached and none of these cars are for sale and or are NOT included in the sale and are only to be used as a reference. In 1939, there were only 95 Lincoln Zephyr Limousines produced. As of today, there is only one 1939 Lincoln Zephyr Limousine known in existence. However, I have the cross member from a 1939 Lincoln Zephyr Limousine VIN#H69695 as well as the matching transmission with shifter, the rear sedan doors that were inclusive of locks which were only installed on the limousines and the original chauffer glass divider which is stunningly beautiful. I am offering these original limousine parts as a “First Right of Refusal” to the winning bidder of this 1939 Lincoln Zephyr for an additional $5750.00 over and above the sale price of the car which if these parts were installed on this sedan it would make it ONE of the only TWO Limousines know on the planet. The wining bidder is not obligated in any way to purchase the Limousine parts, however, it is their choice. But how cool would this car look as a two-door custom fast back with a limousine divider??? The Car is sold with a Bill of Sale and there is no title or warranty with the car. A $500.00 Immediate non-refundable deposit from winning bidder is due immediately at the end of the auction and the vehicle must be paid for in full within ten days with no exceptions. Do not bid on this car unless you plan on purchasing the car. I can keep the car for you up to 20 days at no charge, however the car will need to be paid within 10 days from the end of the auction. If you would like to see the car, please schedule a visit prior to the end of the auction. If you have less than 10 bids on your ebay account please contact me first prior to bidding as I have the right to cancel any bidder with less than 10 transactions. Buyer is responsible for shipping of vehicle.
