1994 Lincoln Town Car Description

"Please watch the fifteen minute video we made below of the car on youtube before bidding. Thanks"
Hi and thanks for looking at our listing. This is a 1994 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series 8 Cylinder Automatic Transmission. This is a very very comfortable car to ride in. Its probably the most comfortable car we have ever had. We have not cleaned this car up for the pictures and video. I wanted you to see it as it is now. No Makeup, but it cleans up very nice. Its a very classy looking car. The only reason we are selling it is. For one thing, we need the money. We just had to put my dad in a nursing home, and they are pretty much robbing my family every month. Also we just have to many cars. It does not have any major rust. I don't think it has any rust other than maybe light serfuse rust underneath. It has no dents and used to be garage kept. The paint on the top is flaking. The interior is in great condition with no tears. It has been driven regularly until a few months ago when the back left brake pads went bad, and also got a hole in the left rear break line on a trip to our other home in Ohio. That's why you can see discolor on the back left wheel from break dust that should wash off. Also their is a small hole in a front brake line. The break lines are easy to fix. If the two break lines were fixed. I would have showed you it driving on the interstate and back roads in the video I made. I just don't have time right now to deal with it. The car drives and runs great. The starter bendix sticks a little if you let it sit for a few weeks like I just did. It usually stops when used regularly, but it has been sitting for a few months. Usually after I put the car in reverse the Bendix un-sticks. It does not stick enough that it hurts the starter or bendix. I do have a used starter that goes with it, but if your going to change the starter. You may want to just get a new one. For those of you that dont know. The bendex is attached to the starter, and comes with a starter when you buy it. When I made the video, the tags were still good. I made this video in May 2016. The car has not been diven except for around to our other driveway since we made the video. The tires are like new. The engine block or the head had a crack in it about three years ago. We used Block seal on it, and have not had any issues since then. We have driven it several thousand mile since then. It does not leak. It will probably need a left tie rod soon, but has not been to much of an issue other than you can feel it shake in the steering once in a while. Since I have not fixed the break line yet. We will have it towed at no cost to you up to 100 miles from our home in Conicville Virginia. That is near Mount Jackson Virginia zip code 22842. One hundred mile should get it most places in northern Virginia. If you live farther than that. You will have to fix, or have the two break lines fixed. There is a garage about one mile from here that I will drive it to for you. Or I can have it towed to a garage in Woodstock, Edinburg, Mount Jackson Virginia. Or any garage you want within 100 miles fro here, but obviously I do not know how soon they could fix it. Or you can come and trailer it to your location. Or you could pay the tow truck company for anything over 100 miles. It can sit here for a week or so if you want after you pay in full. You can use Paypal, or pay cash in person to make full payment. Also, if you win this auction, and you do not like the car after you come here and see it in person. Not after it is towed off our property. You do not have to go through with the purchase. I will refund your $100.00 deposit and any other money you pay through PayPal or other means. I only ask that if you bid on our auction. Please, Please be serous about purchasing this car. Its such a waist of time to get a non paying bidder. If you have 0 feed back. Please contact us first before bidding. If not I will probably cancel the bid, because its my experience that a lot of 0 feed back people never intend on purchasing what they bid on. I treat people like I like to be treated. I am very honest. So I have nothing to hide about this car. I am very very confident that if the two break lines were fixed, you could drive this car to California and back with know problem. We do want to reserve the right to cancel this auction if sold locally, but I don't think we will. There is no reserve on this auction. You can click on and see the full Vehicle History Report above. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Thanks...Jim
