Very nice, Professionally swapped engine, drivetrain, and interior from a low mileage 1987 Zagato, extremely fun to drive, hand assembled in Milan, manual transmission.THE VEHICLE OFFERED

This 1984 Maserati Biturbo may appear to be a standard car on the outside but what is inside sets it apart. This example has seen a professional swap of a more reliable and desirable kit. A 1987 Zagato spider with 18,xxx miles donated its guts and trimmings to this sporty coupe. This 1984 Biturbo would had originally came with a finicky carburated twin turbo V6 but that has been swapped for the 1987 fuel injected version. Not only was the engine swapped the transmission and LSD rear end was handed over too. Unlike the cold blooded version it originally came with, this twin turbo V6 engine starts up with a flick of the key and does not hesitate. Shift it in to first gear via the wood shift knob and your on off. By todays standards the turbo lag is horrendous but thats why we love this car. It is extremely fun. The 1987 Zagato also donated its full interior to the 1984. Presented with suede sport seats front and rear, wood momo steering wheel, and carpets this thing is pure blood italian. Normal wear is present but everything functions as it should. The exterior presents well for its age. Minor bumps are present but no accidents are reported on the car fax. The aluminum Zagato wheels have been swapped over giving the car the aggressive stance it always deserved. The speedometer just stopped working despite a new cable. The gauge may need to be rebuilt however a new fuel pump and alternator was just installed. This is one elegant classic car that has historically shown an increase in value. Now is the time to get in on the action.
