1990 Mazda Rx7 convertible very good condition low miles
1990 Mazda RX-7 Description
Here I have a 1990 Mazda Rx-7 convertible that I bought several years back. I purchased it with 89,000 miles. It now has 98,500. That tells you how much I drive it. This car is always garage kept. Its never been in the rain or the snow as far as I've owned it. The previous owner I know never drove it in the snow. It appears to be completely rust free. I don't see any on it anywhere on the body or underneath. That's RARE for one of these cars. I really hate to see the car go but I'm now sporting 6 cars here. I need to sell 3 of them. This is the first to go. I really love this car. It runs great. Idles good. Always starts good. Everything on the car seems to work good. The wipers work in all speeds (big problem on Rx-7's), the cruise works. The AC works. The power windows work good, and the drivers switch is new. The stereo is a Pioneer AVHX2800 DVD in dash. It plays DVD and when paired with a iPhone does navigation as well as Pioneer App-radio mode (tons of integrated features). Car also has a working brand new power antenna, a Hifonics mono sub amp and a RE audio 10" speaker. The front speakers were replaced when I first got the car I think they may be Pioneers and it has sound stream tweeters in the air vents in the door. The headrest speakers work and so do the controls in the console. Other than that the car is completely original. The car has a factory alarm and it also functions perfectly. The tires on the car are Eagle Gt's and have maybe 3,000 miles on them.
Now the bad... It has door dings and dents in various places. The paint has some scratches but is original and very shiny. The instrument cluster has a small crack in the lower left hand edge. The top has a tear by the water jacket hole on each side. VERY common for rx-7 convertibles, and since this car is ALWAYS in the garage. I never fixed it. They been there since I got the car and never got worse. The seats could stand being recovered. New seat covers are available from various sources for less than $300. After all the car is 26 years old. And I'm very picky so my descriptions make things sound way worse.
My reserve is set at the absolute lowest I'm going to go on this car and that's $4500. Any lower than that and I'm keeping the radio and subwoofer/amp. I don't need the money I just need to declutter my life a bit. I will accept CASH on pickup, any other forms of payment will have to be reviewed with me before hand. And of course any other forms will CLEAR completely before this vehicle ever leaves here... $500 immediate down payment via payapl within 48 hours is expected.
I have a 83 Rx-7 with 45,000 miles thats for sale next. All kinds of options here. I have another car to. Might be inclined to discuss a 3 car purchase with everything I have Rx-7 related.... Thanks for reading any intelligent questions please ask... God Bless
