1993 Mazda RX7 touring

I purchased the car in Atlanta back in 2012, daily drove it for about 6 months before trailering it back to Arizona. Soon after the coolant seals started to go out so I started the tear down with a simple rebuild in mind. During the inspection I noticed that stock twins were way out of spec so the snowball happened and I decided to go single turbo. If I was going single turbo there was no way I was going do it halfway, so I decided to go v-mount and give the car everything it needs to be reliable. I was planning to build the car into a weekend track car so I sold the door panels and interior with plans to buy bubbletech door panels, a black non-sunroof headliner. I had plans to run pump gas, straight pipe, and aim for a conservative 400whp. Currently the car is untuned and the exhaust is straight off the downpipe. It idles perfectly and drives smoothly, after a few more break-in and this car will be ready for a good tune and any direction the new owner wants to take it in. A little about me; I am an aircraft sheet metal mechanic with education in Machining, Welding and Electronics. I performed almost all of the modifications on this car so I want it to be known that I take a lot of pride in my work and I have full confidence in the performance of this car. I wish I could keep it, but as you can tell it’s an expensive car and I need the money for other avenues. The only funky thing about this chassis is the mileage. I bought the car with a blank odometer under the assumption the car had 90000 on it, for those who know the odometer is a standard problem for all FD RX7’s. After about 20 years a capacitor storing energy for the odometer reaches is lifespan and starts to leak causing the odometer to turn off. I took the car home and replaced the capacitor only to see the clock actually had something around 70000 on it. Now the clock has 76000 on it now and the (clean) title says 93000. The chassis probably has somewhere around 90000 on it, but it’s pretty irrelevant with all new bushings, suspension and engine parts.
