1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata Description

1991 Mazda Miata. I am selling my 1991 Miata because I bought a 2016 Miata and can’t keep everything. I have owned the car for the last 6 years, t was my daily driver all that time. Highly reliable car, hat’s what convinced me to buy another. It is quite a lot of fun to drive, nd is mostly still original. As you can see, he original 14” wheels were replaced with 15” 2nd generation Miata wheels. The original radio started to die and I installed the CD player seen in the pictures. Has front USB port, ront & rear audio. I am including the original factory radio (along with a lot of other spare/extra parts and shop manuals with the sale of the car). Other than the wheels and radio, ll else is stock. The headrest speakers were replaced recently. There is a tonneau cover with the sale, t is in great shape, never used it but it came with the car. The body is rust free, s far as I know, he car has always been in the South.

The car has factory power windows and cruise control. Also included is the original factory hardtop. It is like new, would put it on the car in December, nd take it off after March. Having the hardtop makes the car much more enjoyable in the winter months. The rear window of the convertible top is zippered. The one light on the dash that is lit is the ABS light will flash 4 times, hen stop. Diagnostics tells me this is the S-Sensor needs to be replaced. I have the replacement sensor and it is included in the sale, ’m just not interested in doing the work to replace it. It has been this way for the 6 years I owned the car; it does not interfere with driving in any way.

The car gets 33 miles per gallon, s a 5 speed manual transmission. Transmission shifts smoothly, he hydraulic clutch was replaced just after I bought it. Oil pressure is excellent, nce the engine has wormed up, dle oil pressure is just under 30 psig. In the 6 years I have owned it, ll maintenance has been performed on schedule. I am also offering the car for sale locally. If you win the auction, $500 deposit via PayPal will insure I do not sell it locally before you pick it up.

I try to address everything I can about a car when I sell it, owever if I missed anything and you have any questions – Please Ask.
