1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata Description

On the list is a 1991 Mazda Miata (NA) for sell, current mileage around 262XX. It could be one of the best condition Miatas in the North America. Clean title and rust-free, it has never met snow and rain. (Note: NA Miata from 90-94 doesn`t have ABS and 1.8L engine, but it has a working oil pressure gauge.)

This Miata only has three owners. The first owner lived in Texas. He kept this car for 25 years until he sold it. The second owner was a wealthy gentleman live in Cincinnati, OH. He sold this car to me only because he needed extra garage spot for his new toy. The car was kept in garage by both owners all the time, so do I.

The car is in fantastic condition. The interior is clean and neat; the A/C system is working but may need to be recharged (If you don`t prefer to open the top in summer); radio is working; it has no mechanical problem at all; the paint is all original and in unbelievably good condition, like just left the factory. Almost everything on this car is in perfect condition, except the bottom of the OEM steering wheel has some little scratches. Otherwise it`s an amazing OEM vehicle.

This Miata is equipped with lots of OEM optional equipment and some aftermarket parts. The original paperwork will show you all the optional equipment it has since it had been assembled in the factory (FYI, it has LSD!).

1. Installed Brembo front one-piece brake rotors & new Hawks front brake pads;

3. Replaced OEM shifter turret insulator seal boot;

4. Changed rear differential fluid;
(Mobil 1 75W90 Synthetic Gear Lube, @ mileage 24350)

5. Changed engine oil & replaced oil filter;
(Mobil 1 10W30 Synthetic Oil & Mazda OEM Oil Filter, @ mileage 24350)

6. Flushed brake fluid & clutch fluid;
(ATE DOT 4 Brake Fluid, @ mileage 24400)

7. Replaced spark plugs & spark wire set;
(NGK G-Power Platinum Spark Plugs & NGK ZE21 Premium Spark Plug Wire set, @ mileage 24450)

8. Purchased OEM cup holder;

9. Purchased Genuine Momo MOD.7 350mm steering wheel;

10. Waxed the car every three months.

In order to install the aftermarket steering wheels like Momo, the previous owner has already disabled the airbag wires and connected them with resistances so the airbag light won`t stay on during driving. The wires are still not connected with the airbag, you can install the Momo steering wheel anytime you want.
