Here is a super rare find for fans of the RX-7 – an all original, wo-owner 1990 RX-7 with only 69,000 miles! The current seller purchased this car from a neighbor in 2014, ho had in turn purchased it new as her “mid-life crisis” Sunday car in 1990. The car had been sitting for several years before its original owner could be convinced to sell it.
In 2015 a refurbishment of the car was begun that included the following new items:
Tires
Battery
Accessory belts
Fuel filter
Electric radio antenna
Brake rotors
Brake pads
Spark plugs
Shifter turret gasket
In addition, he following routine maintenance was conducted to get the car in shape before it hit the road again:
Front hubs repacked
Brake fluid flush
Clutch fluid flush
Coolant flush
Transmission fluid flush
Differential fluid flush
Engine oil & filter change
Since these items were completed the seller and his wife have enjoyed over 700 miles of trouble-free date nights and Sunday drives. The owner, ho successfully raced two different Spec Miatas and currently owns two street Miatas – can attest to any interested buyers that this RX-7 is hands-down the best handling sports car he has ever driven.
That being said, he “to-do” list on this special car still has some notable items any buyer will want to take on to bring back to fully-restored status. Among them:
High beam headlights not working (low beams do)
Heater not working
Tears in the cloth convertible top (see photos). Replacement tops are readily available on Ebay
Windshield wipers only operate at one speed (a common issue – probably the switch)
The AC compressor still stop turning, ausing the belt to slip. Probably a new compressor is needed

Sorry for the double post of details; I didn't realize the details cannot be edited after bids are made. Was just trying to edit a typo.
