1994 Mazda RX7 R2 20B 39K miles
1994 Mazda RX-7 R2 Description
1994 MAZDA RX-7 R2 3 rotor 20 B engine. This 1 owner car was built by Peter Farrell Supercars in the late 90's for Phil Hamlin. In 2001 the car was featured on the cover of Car and Driver magazine in the Supertuner Challenge shootout against the fastest street cars of that time. Very low 39,875 miles on the chassis and maybe only driven 2000 miles as a 3 Rotor. This is a highly collectible RX7 that has absolutely amazing performance even by today's standards. The sound is comparable to a V12 Ferrari at 8500 rpm. Output is between 550-650 horsepower depending on boost with a very broad power band. The engine was set back in the chassis 6 inches to avoid compromising the steering geometry. The car has never been damaged and has original paint. The appearance is very Mazda OEM with a '99 RX7 Wing and nose. Full specs provided to serious bidders. Seller will assist with shipping arrangements.
