German military vehicle, one in series of Wolf truck "Alfa" models, it was imported from NATO country of Denmark, all my parts I am getting directly from MB in Germany via USPS, and FedEx, all parts are original, through my very good friend, and a G wagen enthusiast Guido Mattes, the reason the truck is from Denmark, is simple fact that all trucks that come from Germany are mostly scrap due to that country involvement in desert wars in Iraq, and Afghanistan, fine desert sand can penetrate and destroy most moving parts such as transmission, bearings, etc. and those trucks are coming back to Germany in poor condition.I find much safer alternative having German made truck in war neutral country of Denmark. Also I find fuel economy to be better with four cylinder diesel, rather than five cylinder without much difference in power.Fuel consumption in my experience so far is 650 kilometers on one tank of diesel in the city. One tank holds approximately 18 gallons.Four cylinder diesel is extremely fuel efficient, low maintenance, and very reliable, no leaks of any kind, my driveway have no spots whatsoever.Rims are military 5 milimeter, it could be driven without tires, tires are off-road Continental 7.5 R 16.
