Gorgeous 1987 MERCEDES 560SL Convertible. Rare combination of colors. White exterior over black interior and a brand new black color soft top, and the factory hard top. This is a garage kept Florida owned car which was serviced religiously with extensive history (see receipts).
The previous owner of this vehicle is a snowbird who travels to Florida during summers so the car was use very a few months out of a year, and stored indoors. ORIGINAL MILES!
Exterior is in overall excellent condition. We purposely took over 100 close up pics so that you can see each angle of the car with clarity. Paint shines a deep and glossy white and theres no doubt this car was much loved for.
Interior is equally as clean and owned by a NON SMOKER. The seats are in outstanding condition, the carpet and all other interior components are also in very clean and good condition showing only very minimal wear. The wooden dash panels are intact and are not cracked and majorly worn like most 560SL's. The dashboard is perfect without a single crack. Both sunvisors and clips are also intact. The soft top is only 1 year old and shows like new. Notice in the trunk a set of new floor mats. The factory spare/tools/battery holder and front license plate holder are all intact and in their correct position. Aftermarket radio with many capabilities including bluetooth is the only modification. Comes with 2 keys and all books/manuals/2 convertible top latch releases, and all the service history.
The drive is a pleasure even at speeds of 100mph. I test drove this vehicle for a few days and its truly in spectacular condition. Strong engine was recently serviced with fresh fluids, plugs/wires and filters. The drive is smooth, comforable and quiet without any unwanted noises. Alignment straight as an arrow. 4 brand new tires just recently installed and the brakes feel great. We have been on Ebay since 2001 and maintained a near 100% positive feedback for a good reason. We purposely take very close-up pictures so that you can see the entire car with precision and accuracy.
