1929 Mercedes-Benz Other Description

Garage kept kit car, that is a real head turner, replica 1929 Mercedes SSK. Built by my grandfather who was a production engineer for a company that worked on sonar. He was meticulous with the care and construction of this vehicle. The motor and mechanics were well thought out and most mechanics cannot believe how well built it is. Car is in fantastic condition mechanically (passed Massachusetts State inspections). Visually there are a few scratches that mostly could be buffed out and could use some chrome polish. Hardly used white wall tires, plus a built in heater!
4 cylinder Chevy engine is reliable plus easy to maintain. 4 speed manual that is fun to drive. 2 doors, 2 comfortable fronts seats, and a small bench seat in the back. Also has a black convertible top that snaps on easily.
Looking for a great home to show her the love and respect she deserves. Comes with a light duty garage cover. Driver needs to be at least 5 foot 8 and no more than 6 foot 2. Driver seat is mounted in a specific spot, it can be moved, and readjusted once she is yours! Runs smooth! Kit alone was $7k in the late 80's and was put together brilliantly.
Message me if you need any information.... great car for years to come!
