1985 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Description

Up for your consideration and hopeful bid today is a nice 1985 Mercedes 300TD wagon. This wagon has approx 189k miles on it and runs great. Get 35mpg anywhere you go. Interior is in excellent shape but could use a detail. . HVAC system, rear supsension and vacuum locks all work great. All lights, gauges, ect. work fine. Wagon has just been to the mechanic for a valve adjustment, belts, hoses, battery, ect. A look at the brakes yielded she could use brakes soon. No cracked dash, no tears in the seats, ect. As far as rust goes, she is 98% rust free. Nothing you couldn't rectify in a day.
The nice thing about this wagon is that it is very original. From the paint to interior, to the running gear.
If someone spend a day on this wagon it would be a 10k wagon. Trust me, I know. I collect them.
It should be known that I bought this wagon from he estate of a collector who owned the wagon for 25 years. It sat for quite awhile. I drove it home from Wisconsin without issue. The car should really be really gone through.
