Outstanding maintenance required:

As an engineer, it is important to me to be clear with customers about what is great about this vehicle, AND where maintenance remains:

1: Tie rod replacement

  • Current tie rod is functional, but worn. Symptom is slight play in steering wheel.

2: Under-dash maintenance

  • Speedometer, Odometer and Tachometer ceased functioning during our trip. We have kept extremely thorough records of distances traveled regardless, and will happily share them with prospective buyers
  • Windshield wiper spindles are worn and need to be replaced. In the meantime, silicone sealant has been applied to prevent leaks
  • Several lights in dashboard switch modules no longer illuminate
