Selling my 1979 Mercedes-Benz 450SL car is fast and fun and I have just recently put a lot of money in her.
Since this past August I have done the following; it had a couple of issues when I went to get it smogged, I had to replace vacuum transducer, it had a vacuum line broken under manifold so ended up doing a basic top end with new injector's new manifold gaskets, I replaced water pump and thermostat at same time, I pulled radiator and had it professionally redone, new wind sheild wiper pump, new rear brakes and calipers, new rear wheel bearings, new soft top,new battery has good rubber, has newer paint.
This little car is very fun and I really hate to get rid of especially since I have done so much to it but am in need of bill money, my loss and someone Else's gain. I am listing it under half of what low book is and without a reserve. I am also adding a buy it now and if the buy it now is used I will ship for free. Car is being sold as is with no warranty. If you are the lucky winner we have an airport that someone could fly here and drive home. Car is currently registered in the state of California
nada.com price guide has this car at about 28K high book, 12K low book
