1967 Mercedes Benz 250S garage find NO RESERVE
1967 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series 250S Description
This car came out of a garage in our home town. Been in there in dry storage since the early 1990's approximately. We pulled it out and put it on our trailer. Put a battery in it and it turned over fine but didn't start. Put an auxiliary electric fuel pump on it and it started. Runs ok, engine sounds good. The car moves, clutch is ok, all gears appear to be there. Brakes lock up. I would say it "lot drives". Basically good enough to load on your trailer. Will need attention before it can be driven on the road. The paint is faded, I would say its an older respray. Dings and scrapes here and there. Interior appears to be original, sun fade and burn on tops of seats etc.. Looks like all trim etc is there, some pieces have been screwed on the car. Wood inside the car is aged from sitting. All engine pieces appear to be intact. Car shows 33,000 miles but I have no idea if this is accurate, don't even know if the odometer works or not. The car is solid and rust free from what we can tell. I've included lots of pictures for an accurate description of what the car is. If you would like to see more pics of anything specific let me know and I will be glad to take them.
