Interior of fuel tank has been inspected using a boroscope and is OK, no rust.

The Bad:

Needs new/rebuilt distributor – misfiring on cylinders #3 and #7. It has running issues and needs new fuel system components and some TLC.

This Mercedes has a lot of potential. It is a project car at this point. It starts and idles, but roughly. It will need to be towed away upon pick up. Many replacement parts are readily found here on Ebay. It’s a good looking car and with paint and body work (it has some rust), it could be stunning.
