1982 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series SD Description

This is a listing for a 1982 Mercedes-Benz 300SD Turbodiesel. The car was a daily driver from 1982 to circa 2009.We have most of the service reports (included with purchase: from 1985-2004)
The car cranks right up and runs fine.

Major work:- New transmission installed circa 2006.- New Front Seats installed circa 2006.

-- I have recently done some minor work on the car to get it into selling condition and put less than 30 miles on the car since install. Paperwork for all parts included. --

New parts/services include:
- Voltage Regulator (ensuring the battery is charging properly and all electronics are getting sufficient current)
- Oil Change (with new drain plug) / Oil Filter
- Fuel Filter & Fuel Pre-filter
- Air Filter
- Air Cleaner Mounting Nuts (x3)
- Vacuum Hose Connector
- Breather Hose

Work that needs to be done:
- The brakes need to be bled and a full self bleeding kit-including tools and fluid-can be purchased frommercedessource.com for $82.00 (this is the best resource for any DIY Mercedes projects with instruction videos and PDF manuals).- The dash does have cracks and some of the wood interior panels are warping.
- Rear bench seat has a crack in it and has not been replaced.
- Wiper blades.
--> Please note: I am unable to list all the specific issues that may be present with the car. It has been stored outdoors for the past four years (reason for cracking in dash and warping of trim) and it still runs great (theses diesel Mercedes are meant to run forever!).With new wiper blades the car should be ready to hit the road!
