Back Story:

My name is Jim Higham and my business is storage of classic, antique and special interest automobiles. The owner of this car was a very long term customer of mine and always stored his car starting the first week of October and never took the car out of storage any sooner than the end of April, those are the winter months in and in athis part of the world ( Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada)

He took the car out of storage in the summer of 2015 and passed away October of that year. The executor of the estate did not know who he stored the car with and put the car in storage at another facility.

In october of this year the executor finally found me and asked me if I could sell the car for the estate as he lives in San Francisco and the logistics for him to sell it would be difficult. I agreed to do this and picked the car up on oct 13th and drove to my facility.

Overall Condition of Car:

As I mentioned the car had been sitting at the other storage facility for the last two years and I believe that gas is old thus making the car run rough. Also I found the brakes to be spongy. Everything about the car is pretty much original, from the records looks like Coral Cables,Flordia was its original home and brought to Canada in 1994, since then he had maintained the car extremely well. Looks like the last service was done April 26, 2015 for a new battery $220.60. From what I see the car is an extremely solid car. Being in storage for so long the car could use a detailing.
