1983 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Description

This is another car from the estate of a Virginia gentlemen. All of his cars were restored and in excellent running condition prior to his illness in 2005. I believe this is a 380SL, but the emblem is missing. This car, like the others, has not been run since 2005. The gas and all fluids should be drained before starting. The clear coat is peeling and I see minor rust in the rockers. The car has surface rust underneath but looks solid otherwise. The spare looks to be original and untouched.The top has some moss stains but in good shape otherwiseThis car is worthy of restoration but would also be an excellent parts car. The seats are in good condition but the wood trim on the console is in poor shape. The car is available for inspection prior to bidding. Please do not bid if you do not plan on following through on the sale. The car is not running and will need to be towed. I have a clear Virginia title.
