1978 Mercedes-Benz Other Description

Extremely low original miles with full documentation, 4cyl diesel with 5speed manual transmission. Served as a fire truck in Austria until it was exported to Germany and then the US. Purchased in FL and driven back to TN.... the truck is a daily driver
Truck runs great and starts every time without protest even on the coldest of mornings. The truck is simple to drive, amazing turning radius, and easy to park (even on city streets.) It should be no surprise that the truck is not fast, however keeps up with conservative freeway speeds. Truck has PTO drive with is currently not being used.
Truck needs nothing to be enjoyed, I drive it everyday. The rear of the truck has very simple camper build out which could be easily removed or changed to suit the new owner. This would make a great business vehicle/ pop up shop/ etc. People will literally run across a parking lot to looks at it/ ask questions!
