Up for sale is a very nice 1991 Mercedes Benz 560SEL. Arguably one of the finest automobiles ever built, this was the last of the legendary W126 models and the most feature rich. The 560SEL was the top of the line Mercedes available in 1991 and can be found in private collections around the world. This particular example is in the highly desirable combination of Smoke Silver Metallic exterior with Creme Beige leather interior. It was originally purchased by a successful CEO for $78,725 in 1991 ($145,680 in today’s dollars). I still have the original window sticker. 3 total responsible long-term adult owners to date. It has been driven an average of 5,975 miles per year since new. The top end of the engine was rebuilt 32,000 miles ago. As such, it is incredibly smooth and truly a joy to drive. Throughout its life, it has been regularly serviced by competent mechanics. I have a whole stack of maintenance records that will be provided with the car. No expense has been spared in maintaining the car during my ownership. Maintenance services have been completed by the shop foreman at Werner's Mercedes in downtown Salt Lake City. Individual Items of interest that have been done in the last year are as follows:
