560SL 2 Door Convertible

This car was purchased as a part of an estate. We drove the car home and it ran well on the highway. The body of the car appears to be straight with very little rust and one small ding on the passenger side door but nothing major. There is a crack in the front windshield. The leather interior is clean and very nice. There may be a few minor stains on the carpet but again, nothing major. There are cracks on the dash board as well as on the plastic shifting console.

The car runs well and shifts smoothly but will need some work. We were told by a local repair shop that the car needs a heater core and temperature control unit. The fuel in the car is older and the car idles fast. The car has the removable hardtop and what appears to be the original spare tire.
