This 1984 Mercedes 300CD was finished in this very rare color of "Thistle-green" MB-color code 881 with Palomino color MB-tex interior. I have never seen another coupe in this color combination in the last 30 years. It looks very elegant and much more like a silver with a light green tone.This car has only been driven 137500 miles and performs accordingly. It has been well maintained, always starts up right away and has plenty of power in town and on the freeway. I just recently drove it for 300 miles nonstop without any kind of problems. The air-conditioning with the climate control has been converted to R134 and blows nice and cold.It was cruising at 85 mph and still averaging 27mpg of diesel.I would not hesitate taking it across country at a moments notice.The body and the paint are in excellent conditio, as the many pictures will show. The paint still shines like on a much newer car and there are no accidents or dings. It has been a CA and Arizona car all its life and there is no rust anywhere.The interior is very clean as well. The seats are still firm, the carpets are clean and even the wood panels are still in wonderful condition.
