1989 Mercedes-Benz S-Class 560sel. build inspired by the cool cars i saw on Miami Vice growing up ;1989 560SEL mercedes - overall good condition120k miles currently on the odometer,,,,listing as *true miles unknown* due to the previous owner changing out instrument cluster, and the current cluster has stopped logging miles. Modifications - *done by me, not the factory*AMG front spoiler and side skirts,& Lorinser rear apron/bumper coverZender star wheels and Zender rear spoiler.....Custom made roof spoile.....H&R lowering springs......Newly rebuilt engine by adsitco 4yrs ago 6k+ less than 20k on enginebook full of historical repair receipt, including recent maintenance- new valve cover gaskets, spark plug wires, and power steering pumppower window, sunroof, heated seats, power seats, sliding power rear bench - all are functioningheat work good,,,,AC does not blow cold and will need to be adressed - all the components are there-headlights, turn signal, etc,,,working finetransmission is smooth and is working fine - shifts through all the gears,,,,no hard clunks, or grinding/slippingcar has been repainted, and the paint cleans up well (see pics!) no big flaws or dent, etc - just small imperfections expected on a 30yr old car that has been driven you could do one of those fancy paint corrections and have it like a black mirror easily.seats are in good shape, no tears or rips- present well,,,,after market radio unit with blue tooth and a phone hook up to receive and make calls etc,,,,, some of the wood trim in the center console is faded and worn by where the gear shifter is, headliner is intact and in good shape......starts up every time -& runs good,,,, drive it to the opposite coast,,,, make it a dail, make it a weekend Queen....... take it to cars and coffee and watch a small crowd gather ;-)......all that sai, please remember this is a car over 30 years old, so don't expect a new show room car - it's a turn key solid driver that you can get in and enjoy immediatel, while still doing small little stuff to it if you are a perfectionist.Car is also for sale locally so i reserve the right to end the auction early.
