Car is in very good shape for a 43 year old car and is a pleasure to drive. However the steering gear box is a little loose. This Mercedes has had a rebuilt ECU unit, new injectors, new fuel pressure regulator valve, fuel pressure damper value, it has a new trigger point set that needs to be installed. Three of the brake calipers have been rebuilt and the 4th one is new. The brake master cylinder is new and the heater control levers have been replaced. The car has been driving well with a quick start. Can sometimes be sluggish but I think it's due to sitting. It has new spark plugs, wires, rotor and distributor cap. May need new antenna since it may not always go all the way down. Has alpine radio which works and sunroof is working at this time. Exterior paint is in very good shape with a little rust underside has some rust but nothing major. I do not see any rust on the exterior. Interior is in good shape but some of the wood trim around windows could use TLC. I noticed that the horn was getting flaky so I disconnected it, may be relay related. The carpet and seats are in good condition with no rips or tears. The car has been stored and I have started to drive it locally on short trips for errands and on weekends. This car is a car for driving, that said it would be a good candidate for restoration. I am wanting to sell my shop in the next 2 years so I am selling off the last of my cars. This car is being sold as is with no warranty.
