Up for sale is a 1984 Mercedes Benz 380 SL convertible. This Mercedes Roadster is ready for you to drive and enjoy. I bought this car because my friend John Nelson had one about 20 years agoand we took many road trips in his 380 and it was a lot of fun.
This car was a four owner car and was garaged its whole life. The fuel pump had gotten weak and I replaced it.
She received a new set of tires and a good coat of wax,
This car is as much fun to drive as that one years ago my friend had, itsSOLID.
These cars have rust isssues and when buying one you should be very carefuland make sure that the underside of these 380 Sls is as clean as the top side.
That is why I took several pics underneath just to show how good this one is!
This car will need the seats recovered if your going to impress your friends, if yourfriends are like mine then they wont say a word about the seats and just be happy toget a ride in such a fine automobile.
When you shut the door on one of these cars you can hear and feel just how solidand stout these cars are built, the door closes with a solid thud,, sounds like there is a25 pound piece of lead installed inside the door just to make it sound impressive!
This car is not perfect,, did I mention its NOT 20,000 dollars??
It does have a new battery to go along with the new fuel pump and new tires.
The car comes with both tops. The convertible top is crisp with age and should be replaced,did I mention this car is not 30,000 dollars? This 380 ispriced to sell at 9900.00 And I am listing it as a buy it now OR make offer. Please, if you have a number in mind that you would pay for this 380 then make an offer.I am open to offers. If you were to replace the seat covers and a few items here and there then this car would bepriced at 25000 just like all the other ones that are mint at the high dollar dealerships.
