I am the second owner but I do not drive it very much. I bought it thinking I would have the time to make it look sharp but I did not and probably will not have the time.First the negatives:a)has a little surface rustb)driver seat back left material is breaking downc)the engine has a small oil leak that does not reach the driveway butoccasionallyI can smell it. driver side visor is off (it is in the trunk)d) both clips for the visors are gonee) no carpet behind thepassengerside seatf) I have never removed the hard top so I have never seen the soft top ormechanismg) the stereo is not OEMh) The wiper blades are dryrotting(wipers work fine)
Positivesa) no dentsb) new batteryc) fan motor was rebuiltd) seems to run fine and starts right upe) still has the rack that holds the hard top when it is removed from the carf) still has the tool the releases the hard topg) everything I have tried on the car worksh) the dash board looks new as I had a jacket professional put on itI) I have never had the gas pedal even halfway down or the rpms in the red zone
while the tires have less than a thousand miles on them I was told since it was in the garage for two years the tires might not be perfectly round.I do not speed and grew up with Jeeps so I cannot tell if that is a factor.If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
