1982 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Description

This is an extremely well kept, riginal example of a classic 300SD. This car when you look underneath was rarely driven in the rain or snow due to the cleanliness underneath. Even the label on the AC compressor is like new. The car has all original paint except for the truck lid which at one time was repainted. All paint is shiny and mirror like. There is a half inch size small bubbling by the handle trim. Other than that this car is 100 percent rust free. The interior is almost perfect. Seats all have no fading and are soft and supple. All carpeting is in great shape and even the back shelf carpet has no fading. All wood is perfect. Console is perfect without a scratch. Radio is original and the cassette player works properly. All electrical units work except the cruise control. Engine is clean with NO leaks and runs perfectly. All Mercedes replacement parts were used on this car down to the belts. Car has all the original brochures, anuals, irst aid kit etc...The trunk has the original spare with label, ool kit and bag still in factory plastic wrapping and even the jack handle has the factory inserted foam piece under the handle to prevent rubbing. Also, wo of the three seat belt buckles in the rear seat are still factory wrapped!! Car has only been driven 4000 miles in the last ten years. New Goodyear Integrity tires installed June 2015. I am only selling it because it is two inches too big for my garage and I have to get it out of my parents garage. It honestly makes me upset I have to sell it.
This is a fine example of a 300SD survivor. Please feel free to ask any question. If you contact me I will give you my cell number so we can talk further.
