1984 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Description

Take one or take both. You will have until snow falls to tow the one that is sold for parts. It is currently only on two wheels. The engine and transmission are nearly complete however I have stripped the a lot of the interior and lights.
The running 300d has almost absolutely no rust. it has spent nearly all its life in a garage. Originally a Florida car until 1994, then sold to the second owner, who I purchased from last year. This car starts up perfect every time. Runs and drives beautifully.
It's flaws:
Original factory speakers, only one of them works.
The Heater Blower Motor stopped running a few months ago. I do not know why.
The only dent on it is on the right hand rear passenger side door, and I have posted a picture of it.
The wood grain trim is unsticking from the heater control unit.
The dash has a few cracks.
The right hand passenger mirror seems to be slightly bent.
One of the sun visors mirrors/lights is broken
The back seat has a large patched hole, as pictured.
The drivers seat has a rip, as pictured.
Belt is starting to squeak when it is wet.
The parts car is rusty, and incomplete.
Running car could use a paint job to look mint.
The good :
These two cars come with a total of 14 wheels and tires. Some of the tires are no good, some are fine. 14 includes the 4 the blue 300d is riding on, and the two wheels currently on the parts car, and, as pictured, the 8 wheels and tires.
I have documents and owners manuals.
Both cars have titles, though, I did not register the parts car in my name.
The running car got a sticker with no problem last year.
Brakes work great.
Transmission shifts beautifully.
No rust, frame is very very solid.
