1979 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Description

This shiny black 1979 Mercedes 450 SL is up for auction. This is the rare European model with the single rectangular headlights,spoke steering wheel,and it has a back seat. The shiny black paint is gorgeous with a few scratches and dents which are hardly noticeable. The interior is in great shape and was redone several years ago along with a new convertible top. The top part of the engine was rebuilt by the previous owner and runs strong even with a slight tick on the right side. Tires are good and the underneath is clean with some new front end parts. Everything works with the exception of the air,which needs to be recharged, nd the cruise control. Please be aware the odometer does not work and this is reflected on the title.
