1970 Mercury Cougar Convertible Description

Up for sale is my 1970 Mercury Cougar XR7 Convertible. She has a 351C with automatic transmission. Has power brakes, steering, and windows. Factory A/C (not working). Convertible top works. Headlight covers open and close like they should. Cragar SS rims. Tires less then 1500 miles. Runs and drives Ok☆☆This car does needs a full restoration head to toe☆☆There was a half ass restoration done my guess late 80's.Bad floor patches and cheap paint job. Car was originally gold in color but they painted it white. Floor will have to be replaced. Motor runs but I would have it rebuilt. I drove it for the last 2 years in and around town, not as a daily driver but for fun.They only made a little over 2000 convertibles in 1970 and not too many around. Would make a great project.I have the Marti Report.
