1966 Mercury Comet Cyclone Description

Rough project or parts car. 289 2V, 4 speed, bucket seat center console, 3:25 8 inch rear end. Please look carefully at the pictures. This car is rusty. This car is rusty. This car is rusty. This being said, it's quite a cool car. Might be best served to upgrade your car to Cyclone trim. The transmission and drive shaft is missing. I have not heard it run in 2 years. The Z bar is damaged but the bellhouse is there. Quite a few nice parts. The 4 speed console is complete but needs repair. The console was drilled for some type of switch and now has a hole about the size of a silver dollar in the main body of the console in front of the shifter plate. The 4 speed shifter plate and storage box lid are somewhat pitted. The bucket seat frames and seat trims are included. The passenger seat bucket has no fabric at all. The lower rear seat is missing. Check out the original style 4 speed radiator, the original 4 speed pedals, steering column. Clear title and tags.

It's an original Red 4 speed, bucket seat, dual exhaust car! Only the things seen in the pictures is what is included, se please look carefully. It does NOT include a transmission or driveshaft and the engine should be considered a core. It is believed to be the original long block, but a 1971 dated factory 4 BBL intake manifold is added.I don't have the original2 BBL intake.

Yes, those are my legs and feet you see through the gaping rust holes in the trunk. The gauge cluster is missing and so in the factory tach. It's a drum brake car all around. The rear panel has the Cyclone trim included, but the chrome is pitted and the tail lights are cracked.

Please be mindful that you are expected to pay for the car if you win the auction. Does that sound silly for me to say? It should. There is no reserve on the car. your bid will likely win the car. I'd love to hear about your muscle car or partstrade. Call me. Don't text me. Call me. No broke 4 wheelers, jet skis, motorcycles or snowmobiles. (248) 867- 35 two two.
