1951 Mercury Other Description

This is an all steel, new build with great metal-work not a bondo wiped vehicle. It was built buy a gentleman that has done 41 of these chopped Mercurys and with no interior you can see exactly what you are buying. It has just been completed to the stage you see and is a running vehicle. The color is not as "orange" as it looks, it has more gold pearl in the sunlight than the pictures show. I do have the 65 t-bird seats front and rear which are fitted for it and it will need a complete interior. It does have new Vintage heat and air installed inside and under hood but will need a/c lines run and wired when car is wired. As you can see it will need glass all around except I do have the rear glass,rubber and trim which is a 49 Merc. rear glass. This vehicle has body modifications on every panel and was a frame off and I do have pictures of the build and it looks as nice underneath as the top. It has an Lt 1 with Lt 4 Heads and Camshaft and 700 r overdrive transmission. 4" narrowed Nova sub-frame with 2" dropped spindles and Chev. 10 bolt rear with coil springs and air shocks. The pictures show the actual ride height. I would like to finish this car but I have several other vehicles really need the space and time. I won't begin to tell you how much money has already been spent on this car and if your looking for a "good" car to keep this is it. I am pricing this car to sell !!
