1975 MGB
1975 MG MGB Description
This car runs and drives. Interior is pretty decent. I can't finish this as back injuries make it to painful. The radiator hoses are not hooked up completely to radiator or the heater. I have purchased a new lower radiator hose to go on it. We got it that way, ll unconnected. It had been stored in a garage for many years before we got it. Then strait into our garage when we got it home. You need to splice all the lights back to the car. New convertable top needs to be finished. It is riveted on, ut not glued to front bar yet as I was going to wait for warmer weather to get it nice and warm to work it. And material needs sewn to convertable top support bars. Paint was done last summer. The rear trunk lid and the front passenger side fender had been wet sanded but that was as far as I got. This is Not a professional paint job. It is not perfect but decent. Should look really nice after you put some work into wet sanding. It takes time. We wanted to keep this yet can't finish it. So someone else hopefully will bring it to the road again. This has the original engine. The tires are like new, ust need cleaned. Rims are fresh from last summer also. Have not done a lot to engine. Put new distributer cap, park plugs and spark plug wires on it. New coil. New oil pan gasket. The battery is Not new, e keep a battery tender on it though and car starts fine. Need the choke when cold. Have not done anything else with the mechanics of the car.It comes with the original chrome trim and a tonneau cover that goes over the cockpit of the car when the top is down. So still needs work but this will make a nice driver or do a full restore. Will answer questions the best we can. Sold As Is, uyer needs to pick this car up within reason from end of auction. Ok Thank You.
