1967 MG MGB MGB Description

Check this super nice 1967 MG MGB. NO RESERVE AUCTION!!!!!! This has been my baby for 26 years!! I found this car in Franklin County, VA. (Moonshine Capital) on a farm. It was buried in a hole up to its door handles. Due to that it is a SOLID RUST FREE car. It has never been wrecked and is straight as a MGB can be. However, I personally dented up the engine hood by accident when changing the oil last time. The car is Royal Blue over Black interior w Blue Piping. The Paint is only a couples months old and is a drivers paint job. I had it painted the original color I believe. Check out the pictures or the car prior to painting. They will show you what a solid car it is. The interior has been all redone years ago. Seats, Door Panels and Carpet were all replaced. The dash is all original with NO CRACKS. All the gauges function and are the original SMITH gauges. I replaced the original radio with a IN DASH CD PLAYER. However, I still have the original AM radio. It also comes with a MOTO LITE steering wheel and wooden shift knob. All LIGHTS, SIGNAL LIGHTS, WIPERS, HEATER, INTERIOR LIGHTS function as they should. It has its ORIGINAL # Matching Engine w/ SU CARBS!! THE CAR RUNS LIKE A TOP!!! Its always has and that why the engine bay looks original. I never wanted to touch it due to how good the car as always ran. However, couple of months ago I replaced the: Generator, All Belts, Starter, Plugs, Plugs Wires, Distributor, Points, Coil, etc. Plus just changed the oil and filter. Also just installed a BRAND NEW CLUTCH. The transmission is SUPER TIGHT and shifts great! The car will cherp the tires all the way through third gear. The wheels are the ORIGINAL TRUE SPOKE WIRES w/ KNOCK SPINNERS and they to have been refinished. It even has the original spare rim with bias ply white wall still on it. The exhaust has been redone with chrome tips and the car has a wonder tone to it! The car brakes true and straight with FACTORY DISC BRAKES front and FACTORY DRUMS REAR. This MBG has a top frame but NO TOP. All the CHROME TRIM is there and shows well. The BEST thing about this SLICK MGB is the ORIGINAL MILEAGE of ONLY 49127 MILES!!!!!! The glass is all clear and windows roll up just fine. I also had NEW rear view mirrors installed with the new paint job. I really can not think of anything else to say about it. I TRULY, TRULY hate to let her go!!! However I have personally only put 5000 miles on her in all those years. It needs to go to a new good home where someone will treat it good and drive it regularly. Its Not fair to the car to just set hidin away from public. It needs to be enjoyed and driving. Plus I am getting old and fat too. I will miss it so!!!! Killing me to let go!!!!! It has been a GREAT and RELIABLE ride for 26 years. Hard to say that about most British sport cars.
