1967 MG Other Description

1967 MG 1100, this is a very unique automobile. The odometer shows 50,xxx miles I have no way of knowing if it has rolled over or not and the speedometer recentlystoppedworking. Recent work includes new water pump, brand new battery, new tires and oil change. It runs superb, transmission is a 4 speed with non syncro first gear, transmission shifts well, has factorydual carbs and runs beautifully. The car drives down the road very well but needs some interior work and occasionallythe fuel filter will clog with some rust. The front seats have been recovered and a new cover is included for the back one. Also included is all new weather stripping for the doors and windows. Headliner is missing and needs new carpet in the front and rear. This car is very clean and very straight and would make a fantastic project. Has a small amount of rust in the passenger side A pillar and light surface rust in the driver and passenger floors as well as some pin holes in the rear floors. The car was originally British Racing Green and wears an older repaint which has a nice patina and still shines up.
