MGB Limited Edition with overdrive

1980 MG MGB Description

This MG is not a show car, but it is a solid and presentable driver with only 42,000 miles. Lots of extras including Miata leather seats, overdrive transmission, twin SU HIF4 carburetors. K&N air filters, and backup electric fuel pump. (Original seats, Zenith-Stromberg carburetor, manifold, and smog pump go with the car.) Also included are full and half tonneau covers.
I've owned this car since 1989. Recent maintenance items include new tires (2013), new battery (2014), new alternator (2014), and new clutch master cylinder (2014).
Full disclosure: A few bumps and bruises keep this MG from being a show winner. These include a 2-inch scratch in the left front fender and a small dent in the driver-side door as shown in photos above. There are no engine leaks. The overdrive gearbox has a minor oil leak.
Buyer is responsible for payment and transportation within 7 days. Full payment must clear bank before car is released. Car is sold "as-is, where-is." If reserve price is not met, seller has option to accept high bid.
