1961 MG MGA -- Description

Collector owned since the 1990's. Complete $30k+ professional cosmetic and mechanical restoration in 2000. Pile of restoration receipts. Side curtains and trunk rack (not installed). Starts, runs and drives perfectly. Introduced for 1956 model year, the MGA roadster replaced the aging T-Series cars. The final iteration of the MGA was the 1600 MK II, with a 90 horsepower 1,622cc engine, and minor styling changes. MGAs are ideal first collector cars.
