3 DAY AUCTION, WITH NO RESERVE
Hi you are looking at A 1978 MG B, original Blue Plate car.... This Mg runs and drives Great ! It has been converted to side drafts SU's. But keep in mind I still have all the original Smog carbs, And smog pump as shown in the photos. This is a rust free solid CA car ! The whole car was restored in 2006, Odometer reading at the time was 35,587 And sold at British Sports Cars In San Luis Obispo CA, As shown in the photos of receipts . The cars last registration was 2009, and the odometer now reads 72,259 . It was a daily driver for 3 years and then was stored in the garage since 2009, only 36,672 miles was added to the vehicle, and every now and then the car was started and driven. Keep in mind this is not a car that was just sitting with old gas in i, and needs all kind of work. Again this is a running and driving car, the car since has some minor flaws with paint, interior shows some normal wear & tear. However this MG is clean. Top is in good shap, No rips or Cuts, folds up and down pretty easy, the plastic window is a little faded but all in tack. It also comes with a full booth that can zipped in to half. Tires would need to be replaced... Yes it appears that the title is salvaged, I don't see any major structure damage, or non factory welding. It might of been a theft recovery or a fender bender way back when these cars didn't worth a whole lot, Like almost all the classic cars didn't back in the day... Overall if you are looking for a nice driver quality MG convertible for this spring and summer with a good running engine, transmission, Brakes and clutch. I recommend this one. If you have any Questions, You can call (818) 879 3764 ask for David. I have the right to end this auction at any time. Thank you and happy bidding!
