1974 MG MGB Description

For auction is my 1974 1/2 MGB GTCar runs, drives, stops and goes around cornersClean titleOriginal wire wheel carRelatively rare specification, as twin SU non-emissions equipped rubber bumper cars were only made at the tail end of 1974
The Good:
Rebuilt Twin SU CarbsRuns great with no smoke or disturbing noisesIs a 1974 1/2Professionally replaced dog leg panelsNew batteryNew tiresDash in great shapeNew electronic distributor and coil
The Bad:
Heater control valve requires replacement (sprayed water over distributor, stopped now but probably not a bad idea to change it)Leak from oil pan gasket
The Ugly:
Upholstery has seen better days, with the drivers seat bearing the worst of the wearPaint: I have buffed out above the belt line and is pretty good for daily use. Bottom needs to be buffed and the dog legs painted (I have the paint).
Overall the car is solid, and they are getting harder to find for "normal" prices.
Got laid off last year, so the fun stuff has to go.
