1953 MG TD Unrestored, one owner Project Car for Sale

1953 MG T-Series Description

Ten years ago, I inherited my father’s 1953 MG TD. The MG had been sitting in my father’s barn for around 55-60 years and was going to be a father-son restoration project, but that never came to be. I would now like to sell the car as I do not have the desire to restore it myself.
The MG is a one owner vehicle (my father), has a clear title, 75,000 miles, is matching numbers in unrestored condition. The engine and transmission both turn over via the hand crank. There is some rust thru on the sides of the body behind the doors but the wood appears to be solid underneath. The fenders and several parts have been given a quick coat of primer to stop surface rust.
The car is complete except for the actual fabric top (I have the top frame and all 4 side curtains) the radiator cap and the gas tank hold down straps and brackets.
