When introduced, the "A" charted a new direction for MG. The cars were lower with sleek lines, more roomy interior, low seating position and more powerful. Most importantly was the departure of the body-on-frame design for a uni-body construction. The car was stiffer, much more rigid, and demonstrated vastly improved handling capabilities. Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1958 MGA, for the first time in over 40 years, for sale. The car just received over $3,000 to bring the car up to par for cruising with no issues. The top end was recently rebuilt as well. The car comes with a file of receipts from "the Rusty Moose" garage. The overall appearance of the car has the patina that hides nothing, and given the age shows well. The chrome and bright work are in excellent shape. The car drives like a dream. The car also has a nice soft top with side windows.
