1955 Nash Statesman Special Description

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present for your consideration this1955 Nash Statesman. Nash was an innovative car company out of Kenosha, Wisconsin founded by former General Motors President Charles Nash. The company thrived and eventually purchased Hudson (in 1954) creating the American Motors Corporation (AMC). Nash's were known for exceptional style and quality for the price. The car is powered by its inline 6 cylinder with an automatic transmission. This 4 door cruiser was painted by the current owner... and his father back in 1976. It has been in his care since the early 1970s. The car was sold new out of Scotty's Nash dealership in Chickasha, Oklahoma. The car comes with the original service policy manual. The car remains in 6 volt system. Other highlights include a dash clock with an AM radio, factory steel wheels and whitewall tires. This sedan is a cool cruiser and is unique addition to any collection.
