1984 Nissan 300ZX 2+2 5-Speed Description

I purchased this vehicle from Tom duPont who is the Publisher of the duPont REGISTRY magazine. When purchased in 2011 it had 21,000 miles. I've thoroughly enjoyed this car for 16,500 additional miles bringing it to a total of 38,500 miles. Manuals transmissions are still the best to drive!

This car has NEVER been smoked in and has been garage kept throughout. The inside is in great condition with just a couple cosmetic flaws, which I will detail via phone if you'd like to inquire. There is a slight tear in the leather (see pic) on the driver's seat, but it was there when I purchased it and has not increased at all. Carpet is flawless as is the dashboard and all accessories. The passenger window is sluggish but will go up most of the time with no help. I have a 2nd power window switch.

As you can see from the pictures it has an upgraded stereo system. Sony head unit with a 700/5 watt JL Audio amplifier. The sub is a 10" Kicker that can be removed in 15 seconds and the mids/hi's are C5's also from JL Audio. I have ALL of the original; components if you would like to bring it back to stock again. The system is SUPERB for this cabin.

All weather-strips on this car are excellent including the T-Tops. There is no rust on the car at all and the only real flaw is the paint directly under the gas tank where it looks as if gas had dripped on it in the past, but other than that it's in excellent shape. Since I have owned the car (6 years) it has not had one drop of ethanol in the tank (thank you Wawa)! A cold air intake and headers were added for fuel mileage and a throaty sound, and the original parts are included

Please call me if you have any questions as I will be truthful in all areas about the car. The cruise control comes on, but will not engage. All digital gauges work, but sometimes they do flicker and I never had it looked at, but that is rare. I have the T-Top covers and they are in excellent condition. Tool set is in tact and I have the original service manual and books that came with it originally. Also has brand new tires with FULL TREAD and they are designed for rain, so they are super safe.
